Evidence and sources
How Glimz keeps facts and opinions apart, where every number comes from, and how to check it yourself.
Glimz is built so you don't have to take its word for anything.
Facts and opinions
Every answer separates two kinds of statements.
| Facts | Opinions | |
|---|---|---|
| What they are | What the chain or a data source says | What the agent concludes from the facts |
| Examples | Balances, transfers, top-holder shares, sell quotes, mint authority | "This looks like a coordinated launch", "this wallet is probably an insider" |
| Made by | Deterministic skills | The agent |
| Shown with | Source and evidence links | The factors behind it and a confidence level |
When you read an opinion, check the factors it lists. If they don't convince you, you have everything you need to disagree.
Confidence
Every opinion carries a confidence level: how strongly the facts support the conclusion. Treat a low-confidence opinion as a reason to look closer, not as a finding.
Evidence links
Facts link to the thing that proves them: a transaction, a contract, a pool or a wallet. Follow the link to see it for yourself.
Sources
Every skill result names its source. These are the sources Glimz uses. Alchemy and CoinGecko's paid data are optional connections; the Skills page in the app shows which are on and the coverage they open up.
| Source | What Glimz uses it for |
|---|---|
| DEX Screener | Prices, liquidity, volume, buys and sells, trading pairs. Used by Token snapshot, Market activity and Copycat finder. |
| GeckoTerminal | New pools and trending pools. Used by New launches and Trending. |
| GoPlus Security | Contract risk checks, honeypot simulation, top holders, LP holders and locks, and creator data on EVM chains. Risk flags on Solana. |
| Rugcheck | Solana risk flags, top holders, insider networks, locked LP share and creator history. |
| Jupiter | Real sell quotes on Solana. |
| KyberSwap | Real sell quotes on Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain, through its aggregator. |
| Blockscout | Ethereum history: contract creation, deployer funding, launch receipts, first buyers, wallet activity. |
| Public chain RPC | Reading state straight from the chain, such as a Solana mint account or the Ethereum blocks around a launch. |
| CoinGecko | Token info (holder count and distribution, GeckoTerminal score, links), CoinGecko listings, BTC/ETH/SOL/BNB prices, and — on CoinGecko's paid plans — top traders ranked by realized profit. |
| Alchemy | When connected: the first RPC on every chain, token holdings, wallet trade history and early buyers on Base and BNB Chain. |
When a source fails
Sources can lag, disagree or go down. When a source fails, the skill reports that it couldn't run. It never turns "no data" into "all clear". Because every number carries its source, you can always see where a difference comes from.
Freshness
Skills read live data when they run. Each source updates at its own pace, so a pool created seconds ago may not show up everywhere yet.
