Short answers to the questions people ask most.
About Glimz
What is Glimz?
You search a coin, a wallet or a money flow. Glimz AI investigates it with research skills on live chain data, on Solana, Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain, and gives you a straight call: Buy or Don't buy for a coin, Copy or Don't copy for a wallet. Every reason links to the evidence. See What is Glimz.
How does Glimz decide Buy or Don't buy?
With fixed rules. Some facts always mean Don't buy, such as a High risk safety verdict or under $25,000 of liquidity. Otherwise a 0 to 100 score from safety, liquidity, buyers vs sellers, momentum and age; 62 or more is Buy. See Buy or not.
Can Glimz trade for me?
It prepares the trade, and you sign it in your own wallet. That works on Solana and Base today. Glimz never holds your keys or funds. Automatic trading from an opt-in agent wallet with hard limits is planned. See Trading and Automations.
Is Glimz a trading bot?
No. In Manual mode nothing happens until you sign. Glimz is never custodial: there is no Glimz wallet to deposit into. See Rules Glimz follows.
Is this financial advice?
No. Calls come from fixed rules applied to on-chain data. They can be wrong, and every coin call is graded in public on the signal ledger. Glimz doesn't predict prices or know your budget.
Is there a Glimz token?
No. Glimz is a subscription product, and subscriptions are its only revenue. If you see a "Glimz token" anywhere, it isn't ours.
Which chains are supported?
Solana, Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain, all at once. Some skills go deeper on some chains. See Supported chains.
Using Glimz
How fresh is the data?
Skills read live data when they run. Each source updates at its own pace, so a pool created a moment ago may not be everywhere yet. Watchers check every minute on Pro and Desk.
Why does a skill say it isn't available?
That skill doesn't run on this chain yet, or one of its sources didn't answer. Glimz says so instead of guessing. Supported chains shows what runs where.
Can I trust "Looks clean"?
Read it as "none of the risk rules fired, on the checks that could run". It is not a promise and not an audit. See Verdicts.
Why did a verdict change?
Because the chain changed: a lock ended, liquidity moved, or the top holders shifted. Verdicts reflect the chain right now. A risk change watcher can tell you when it happens.
How do I know Glimz is any good?
Check the signal ledger. Every verdict and every Buy or not call is graded 24 hours later, in public, misses included.
Can Glimz tell me who owns a wallet?
No. It reads public on-chain data: what a wallet holds and what it does. It can't tell you who is behind it.
Can I look up any wallet?
Yes. Wallet profile works on any public address, and on Solana and Ethereum Wallet trades shows what it bought and sold. The wallet doesn't need to connect or sign anything. You can also track it to get an alert when it trades.
Account and payments
Do I have to connect my wallet?
Not to sign in: you sign in with Google, and research works on any public address. You connect a wallet when you want to trade (Phantom, Solflare or Backpack on Solana; MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and others on Base) or pay for a plan in USDC. See Sign in with Google.
Will Glimz ask me to approve a token?
Only on Base, only when you start a trade that spends USDC or another token, and only for exactly the trade amount. Never unlimited. See Trading.
How much does it cost?
Pro is $49 a month and Desk is $129 a month, billed monthly in USDC. Custom plans are for teams. There is no free plan. See Plans & billing.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes, with USDC on Solana, Ethereum, Base or BNB Chain. Card payments aren't available.
My USDC payment hasn't shown up. What do I check?
Check that you sent the exact amount shown at checkout, in USDC, on the chain you picked, to the address shown in the app. Keep the transaction hash: it is your proof of payment. See Plans & billing.
Is there an API?
Not yet. API and MCP access are planned. See the roadmap.
Can I get alerts on Telegram?
Not yet. Telegram, push and email alerts are planned. Today, alerts go to the in-app inbox, and to a webhook on paid plans.
